All of Surfside has seen me - you know, the Blue manufactured home that needs some help on the corner of I and Oysterville Rd. I am a fixer on the outside, roof and roof eaves, but in pretty good shape on the inside. I do need porches on the back and front. No roof leaks. I really just need a good cleaning inside. You get to keep all of the contents. I am on a very large lot and I have a large one car garage. Please do not open my back door. Sadly, I am being sold ASIS.
