Rena moved to the Long Beach Peninsula in 1977, as co-owner of a local restaurant. It was evident very early in the move that this was a community in which she wanted to raise her children. In 1992, she ventured into the real estate business, and became a broker in 1998. Her husband Blake joined her in 2003. Their "blended" family consists of four daughters, and six grandchildren, and their special family member, a St. Bernard named "Miss Bella". She loves spending time travelling and visiting family and friends from east to west, hunting and fishing with Blake, and enjoying all the beauty this Peninsula has to offer.
